Our silkscreen printing is direct onto nylon. All flags are finished with polyester heading and brass grommets. The silkscreen process is better for spot colors than four color imagery. For complex designs or a high number of colors, we may suggest our digitally printed flags. Our silkscreen facilities insure that these beautifully finished flags will be ready in the shortest time possible.

The least expensive pricing for these flags are with a DARK COLOR INK on a LIGHT COLOR BACKGROUND and assume a 5% - 60% coverage. Using a LIGHT COLOR INK on a DARK COLOR BACKGROUND will automatically be priced at a two color price. For each color beyond the first, there is a one time screen charge PER COLOR in addition to the cost per color to print these flags. Full 100% ink coverage will affect final pricing. Rectangular and Pennant (triangular) flag shapes are the standard shapes and are available at the same cost. Guidon (a rectangle w/ a triangle cut out to give two tails) and Burgee (a pennant w/ a triangle cut out to give two tails) shapes are available for a small upcharge. (See below for flag shapes)

You are to supply the digital artwork in an EPS (illustrator, photoshop or corel/draw) format, or Black/White scanned, color-separated images 600 DPI no larger than 8.5" x 14". Additional charges ($45/hr) may apply if the artwork must be redrawn.

NOTE: This process will outlast the digitally printed flags, but are still susceptable to cracking and weathering.

PRICING: Due to the variables involved, you should consider these prices to be representative and fairly accurate. However, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing up or down once we have reviewed your artwork. If there is a substantial difference between the online estimate and the actual price, you will be notified.
