While playing basketball, founder and co-owner, Don Dull, noticed his father’s U.S. Marine flag flying overhead. It was then that the idea for Flag Force One was born. Flag Force One was founded in 1996 with the intent to provide patriotic services to cities, schools, corporations and more. Since then, the business has evolved from simply selling flags, to now selling flags, custom flags and banners, commercial and residential flagpoles and components, offering installations, and more.
Flag Force One not only enjoys dealing with patriotic products, but also with the customers who buy them. It is important to us that the business is hands on and that we get to know and meet our customers in order to establish and build a relationship. We do our best to offer an ‘old-fashioned’ service in that the customer’s purchase is more than a quality product; they buy the business, great advice, and superior service as well.
As a business we do our best to stand behind everything we’ve got. We now offer flag repair, free on-sight quotes, free shipping, and free delivery within the Marshall/Battle Creek area. Our products include but are not limited to: standard and custom flags and banners, and car lots. We do our own installation, and also donate stick flags to various businesses for support. We also loan out various U.S. car flags for occasions such as funeral processions as well.
